Young Builders Corporation is a privately held entity duly registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission.  Until October 1991, we were known as Young’s Construction, a single proprietorship entity, founded in Cebu City by Mr. Alfredo Young in January 1968.  After completing our initial project, the 7-Storey Emerald Building in the City of Cebu, we diversified our operations in major cities of the Southern Region such as Davao and Iloilo by undertaking the construction of several commercial building, industrial factory complexes and residential dwellings.
